BFH Brewpub Series 2020
After much tinkering and trialling – we have up scaled BFH (formerly Barrel Fermented Hog) into our largest Brewpub Series release ever!
We’ve chopped up French Oak barrels and thrown the barrel chips into the fermenter of our flagship pale ale (you guessed it) and left to ferment for 24-36 hours…
The final product is an american style pale ale with massive citrus and pine notes, perfectly rounded out with silky vanilla flavour and a softened mouthfeel. Taking the bitterness out of Hop Hog and replacing it with oaky, creamy characteristics.
This oaky beast is launching as a limited brewpub series run ONLY. Charging into a bottleshops this week you can find WA and NSW/ACT stockists below!
It will also be ranged in all Cellarbrations Stores (WA), Dan Murphy’s (nationwide), and Vintage Cellars (WA) and our brewpub.
