For the first time ever, Boris is in cans!

Boris the Russian Imperial Stout from the cold depths of Mother Russia, cough cough, we mean boom town Perth Western Australia.

Boris pours jet black in colour with a tightly packed mocha head and a viscous full body. Boris is brewed using five speciality malts including roasted dark and chocolate barley imported from the free economic world. These malts contribute to bold espresso and chocolate aromas and flavours. Boris is a beer to be savoured and free of radical reform. Best enjoyed between 8 and 12*C.

In conjunction with the 2024 release of Boris, we have also teamed up with Whipper Snapper Distillery who have produced a limited amount of Boris Whiskey, only available from their cellar door.

The Boris Whiskey was aged in char #3 virgin American oak for four year, creating a rich chocolate filled, espresso brew into a once off, rich and bold whiskey.
