A most refreshing sour ale brewed in collaboration with our good mates at Mechanics Institute.

We’re taking a trip back to the roaring ’20s with this cocktail inspired sour beer!

‘Appy Chappie is inspired by good ol’ fashioned booze and our favourite cocktail, a Charlie Chaplin. Brewed with apricot, blood pllum, yuzu, juniper berries and a sprinkling of cinnamon. The result is a tart and moreish beer layered with fruity and botanical flavours.
