Fermented with a blend of Philly Sour and Verdant yeast, it balances bright, lactic acidity with a juicy, creamy body from the addition of milk sugar. Mango and passionfruit hit big with waves of sun-drenched flavour. Nearly one-third real fruit – this is a true smoothie style sour.
Information shared by a Feral Dept of Experimental Brewing (FDEB) spokesperson yesterday states “It’s beer turned juice, turned beer again.”
