With a PHD in snake genetics, Dr Ryan Harris worked at Feral Brewing for nine years, and has stepped down as head brewer. His parting gift was this smoked amber ale. With aromas of bacon and flint, this brew drinks with the same flavour, along with a sweet maltiness and a dry finish.
