When your brewery gets sold by one of the biggest drinks brands in the world, you realise [REDACTED]—and that if you [REDACTED], you’d better have a good lawyer. Even little things like [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] get looked at and [REDACTED]. But hey, being back independent is pretty damn Feral. Who knows, after a few beers, maybe we’ll even tell you about [REDACTED].
Charlotte’s first crack is a luscious Oat Cream IPA that’s as pillowy as it is punchy. Built with a generous dose of oats and lactose, it lands with a smooth, creamy mouthfeel and zero harshness. Cryo Citra and Idaho 7 bring on the tropical fruit and citrus zest, while the juicy Krush hop layers in stonefruit and berry. It’s dry-hopped during and after fermentation to unlock massive flavour without grassy bitterness—just pure, hop-saturated juice.
